Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Items must be unworn or unused, include all original tags, and be returned in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and work toward a suitable solution.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care products such as beauty items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
